    Pros

They have good Pay Leave/Holiday system, If you plan your leave and let know the management beforehand, they grant your leaves. Healthy work environment.

    Cons

I would say they can increase pay scale as I felt it was a bit less.

I have been working at RBS Group full-time

    Pros

Have worked at RBS for over 6 years and the Pros are working from home policy, inclusive culture (people are very open about disability, sexual orientation and mental health) great colleagues, excellent CEO, decent salaries and great development opportunities - a bank that is changing for the better.

    Cons

The organisation is shrinking so career opportunities may be fewer within the Bank, however this is similar to most big organisations everywhere.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the hard work and maintain the progress to make RBS a great place to work - it is making a big difference to employees and customers.
