    Pros

Great people, things get done at a fast pace compared to in most investment banks. Small enough to be friendly, big enough to be challenging

    Cons

Lack of structure with career progression - doesn't mean lack of progress in pay if you perform well. Not big strategic thinkers - but do what they do well.

    Advice to Management

Don't always put the traders first - traders don't always know what they're doing. Communication could be a bit better.
