- Current Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
I’ve done sports my whole life so I’m really competitive. Having the opportunity within this company to train others has taught be that true value doesn’t come from what I know but what I can teach. The ability to take a skill and within weeks be able to communicate and transfer that same knowledge with any type of individual has developed me professionally and personally. My proudest moment came when I was able to take an individual who played D1 basketball with no experience and got promoted by the end of week 2.
Cons
Previous to this position I was working in a warehouse for Coca Cola where when we learned something new they just threw us into the next position. Needless to say outside of sports I came into this with little to no experience. It really pushes you out of your comfort zone because within a matter of days I was positioned to train right away. I was trained on how to train properly but you will always be a little outside your conformt zone however I’ve never been placed in a position where I can’t succeed

Management was friendly and supportive. Compensation, benefits and access to education were excellent.

Compensation was very good and in line with going rate for comparable position in marketplace. Benefits were excellent and management was supportive and encouraging to Sales. I felt like I was given the tools I needed to succeed.
Cons
Company struggled with trying to grow outside of what made them successful. Not a lot of new business leads for incoming Sales Reps. However, their rates are very competitive so it wasn't difficult getting in the door to new business.
