The Best Job I've Ever Had!!
Mar 22, 2022 - Junior Recruiter in Jupiter, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I absolutely love to this job. It was very rewarding. Sam and Mike are the best people. It didn't even feel like work. Unfortunately, when covid hits, we had to work from home and with that, came a new system that we had to learn over Zoom. I found this to be extremely difficult and I felt that I could not work to the best of my ability through no fault of the company or the owners. I wish it had worked out.
Cons
I cannot think of one negative thing to say about the company, employees, or owners.

More than a workplace
Sep 16, 2014 - Client Relations in Jupiter, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I would like to take a moment to thank Mike, Sam, Pat, Ed and RCI for acknowledging my 20 years with the company, I am deeply touched. Mike mentioned how the company appreciates our loyalty to the company, but what he didn’t mention was the loyalty that RCI has towards us. This company is more of a family, people that will always be there when and if you need them. The integrity and love of the company is unquestionable; through good or bad they base everything on good old family values. In the 20 years that I have been here, I have had my share of ups and downs in my personal life. They stood behind me and held my hand through every single minute. Even now, allowing me work from home because I have my 85 year old mother, and a teen with Asperger’s living with me as a single mom. Know you are blessed to be able to work for this company. Because you are.
Cons
With every company you have your people who complain when you are asked to up your game when times are hard. I read a review below and yes they had to downsize twice, but we were kept informed at all times of what was going on and appreciation was evident before during and after. There are no con's, a complete "open door" policy is encouraged and if someone has a problem, they need to use that.

Laid back atmosphere full of empty promises, massive "temporary" pay cuts, and PTO hold during the holidays
Feb 27, 2018 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Laid back, family atmosphere, with seemingly no dress code.
Cons
Been here for more than four years, and I've gave up on giving the company the benefit of the doubt. The cons listed here have taken place annually since I started. No room for growth. "Temporary" 10% pay cut of April 2018 was to last a couple months, now almost 12 months. This applied to all non-C-suite employees, while not affecting sales, the people the company blames for the poor financial situation. Recruiter commissions were completely cut. Recruiters are now expected to live off of $14-16/hr, commissionless. CEO promised via email Christmas bonuses of the amount lost in pay cuts, but that never happened, and another word of it was mentioned. PTO is but on hold during the holidays. Based on my discussions with the lifers here, this is par for the course.
