    I worked at RCTS full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great staff, professional management, awesome benifits and vacation package. They treat you to a nice holiday luncheon around the holidays, sometimes a fun company wide evening outing, and if your department does well, you may get treated to lunch or dinner with upper management. Great training there, definitely prepares you for all kinds of challenges. The management not only cares for the business to be successful, they take the time to get to know the employees and make every attempt to make it a great workplace. At times, work can get stressful, with deadlines whatnot and athough sometimes the intention may be misunderstood, they do their part in making you the best you can be if your willing to have a professional attitude and work hard. Overall, a GREAT company to work for!

    Cons

    No 401K, when I was there, but this may have changed.

    Advice to Management

    Keep being positive and pushing for greatness as you all do anyways.

    I worked at RCTS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Easy job...it's not rocket science. Co workers are friendly. It's not a boring place to work at. Benefits available.

    Cons

    One of the owners is not so nice. The Dr is ok but Barry is the King of belittling. I think he likes making young ladies cry. Rarely a chance for growth. Salary employees are overworked. Employee pay is low compared to other facilities that offer product testing.

    Advice to Management

    Do not use fear to motivate you workers. Try to give your employees better support. If an employee asks "How are you" it probably isn't nice to give them a dirty look and ignore them.

    Pros

    Some coworkers are actually cool to talk to and hang out with. You get the satisfaction of knowing that you actually are employed (even though it's a horrible job) as opposed to the hundreds of thousands out there still trying to find work.

    Cons

    Bad benefits, no respect from the owner, all staff are overworked and not appreciated, workers are rarely acknowledged for their work., no communication whatsoever between the different departments at work. Everyone is always stressed and unhappy. It's been 4 years and apparently nothing has changed. The owners feed you lies when you first interview for the job, telling you how great of a workplace it is, but all it is is a desolate place where your dreams slowly fade until you're left wondering what you did to deserve this.

    Pros

    experience, entry level, some co-workers are great

    Cons

    One owner is always angry. Staff fear talking to him. He has been known to scream at staff. Inexperienced managers follow his lead, resulting in a bad work environment. Respect & appreciation are non-existent. The staff is consistently overloaded with more work than the staff can handle. Techs are not given enough time to work on their assignments. The training program is lacking. Upper positions work all the time. They are paid salary, so there's no benefit for working the extra time. They will never be appreciated for their time, which in turn makes them bitter towards their positions and towards other staff members. Almost everyone is talked down to and yelled at for not being able to finish all the work given to them. The owner sometimes refuses to even acknowledge that those in lower positions even exist. He will completely ignore them when they say hello to him. The turnover rate is high in all departments.

    Treat your employees with respect.
