I have been working at RDW Group full-time

    Pros

Bright minds and terrific people. Reputable clients, including major institutional players in key verticals (i.e. healthcare / higher ed). Truly full service. Truly national client base. Agency has made great strides recently to re-energize itself by hiring younger, positive, competent, and collaborative individuals to blend with its seasoned professionals. Good benefits.

    Cons

For those new to industry, must be very resourceful and self-motivated as demands on senior people does not offer ideal situation for mentoring.

    Advice to Management

Invest in workforce to retain good people. When individuals show a commitment to the organization, prove able to balance the demands of the industry and do quality work... reward them. Continue building a stronger internal culture.

    Cons

Some perceptions exist that the agency is strictly "traditional." In reality there are hearty digital capabilities.

I worked at RDW Group as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Great people, creative atmosphere, buttoned up process, nurturing work environment. Even as a contractor they made me feel included and appreciated.

    Cons

Can't really come up with any, maybe if I had stayed there longer and worked up through the ranks I would have more constructive criticism.

I worked at RDW Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The creative team is fun and laid back. Creative atmosphere is good, culture isn't bad. Hours weren't bad and expectation level wasn't through the roof.

    Cons

The account management side is hard to work for. It's all who you know that gets you promoted. Plan to work hard, but receive little pay.
