    Pros

    A good company with friendly co-workers. The atmosphere is nice and easy to learn the in-and-outs of real estate. I recommend working with Remax.

    Cons

    Commission pay has its ups-and-downs but if anyone works hard the money with be there. It takes time and patience to learn the business. I enjoyed my time with Remax but it was just my time to leave.

    Advice to Management

    They were great. I have no complaints from working there. Maybe they should start an internship to help young aspiring real estate agents.

    i love dealing with customers in making their process for buying or selling a home a great experience! I also love helping customers with their car buying process when it comes to buying or selling a car as well!

    I'm working in a area thats a hour from where i live in Raleigh!
