    Pros

    Keep most of your money. Leads from national website. Everything you "NEED" to get the job done.

    Cons

    Not the best when it comes to support/training. Definitely better for a seasoned agent who does not need a lot of help getting started.

    Advice to Management

    National website should be updated to compete with other big national brands.

    Good company, good locations, market brand highly recognizable, continual training classes, good management

    Cons

    High monthly cost, no benefits, yearly fee + board fee. Not too many cons - you are an independent contractor so it's up to you anyway.

    Pros

    Most of the people who work at any Re/Max office are consummate professionals and really know their stuff.

    Cons

    Desk fees are crazy high and now they take a cut too.
