    Pros

Brand recognition, Agent support, Huge network with Title Co, Inspectors, Lenders, etc.

    Cons

High fees make it hard to get started for new agents who don't have regular closings.

    Advice to Management

Take more of an active role in advocating for Agents needs with the Realtor associations and MLS.

I have been working at RE/MAX as a contractor (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The office strives to have a family feel. One goal to help people with real estate. RE/MAX is not known for it's eduction BUT this office has both new agent and continuing agent classes. Clients are always welcome and are treated with respect .

    Cons

Because of the family or one team philosopy the office can get loud at times. Customer meeting rooms can be loud and distracting as they are separated by a moving wall. Technology in the customer rooms needs to be in every room and updated. Receptionist staff not always at desk, great for agents, hit or miss for clients...clients should always come first

    Advice to Management

Visit other offices and design an office that has client and agent usability in mind. When designing an office decide if you want the agents offices to be a work space or a customer meeting space and then build from there. If you want the agent offices to be work spaces then have lots of customer rooms with TV's, hooked up to a computer with a printer in the room or a short walk.
