I have been working at RE/MAX full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There is a reason RE/MAX Elite sells more homes in Brevard County than any other real estate brokerage and it is because of the awesome leadership & support!

    Cons

None, this is a fantastic place to hang your license

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

I have been working at RE/MAX full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

World recognized brand that spends a lot on advertising and marketing. If you land in an office with great management and support, you can't fail!

    Cons

Not many perks for such a recognized brand. Should have more global training, and better deals on marketing materials for franchises.

    Advice to Management

    More perks - discounted benefits.

    Pros

Great place to work. Has lead generation, the agents are the best in the business and Re/Max os the best name in the business..

    Cons

There is a franchise fee and normally desk fee or you can be a Mobil agent. There really are not any other con's.

    Advice to Management

All of the franchise are individully owned. I really do not have any advise for the management
The office I work at is awesome.

    Cons

Part time pay can seem a little under valued

    I worked at RE/MAX full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Typical real estate company, sink or swim, and you'll be swimming in shark infested waters.

    Cons

Each one is run differently, at this particular one there was no rotating phone duty, so there was no chance to get new business when people called in. The calls were "funneled" to particular teams that always had a staff present. If you don't pay to rent desk space, you don't ever get phone calls.

    Advice to Management

Management won't take the advice, they're the ones that made it this way for their benefit.

    I worked at RE/MAX full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There was nothing positive about my experience with RE/MAX Properties of the Summit

    Cons

By far the worst career mistake I have ever made switching to RE/MAX properties of the Summit in Breckenridge. This firm is family owned and they have their pet favorites that get most if the leads. If you leave they very well may keep your listings and will trash you to your clients. I received very little to any help and found the environment to be extremely cut throat.

    Advice to Management

They wouldn't listen if advice was offered as they know it all.
