Pros
RED SKY is a fast-growing & people-centric company and a wonderful place to work! Leadership truly cares about each individual, is empowering and welcomes new ideas & creativity. The culture at RED SKY is the best I've ever worked for and the team is authentic, fun, positive, and loves what they do. All team members are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate themselves to helping you if needed. That’s so helpful, appreciated, comforting and I feel like I belong to something special! Because RED SKY is growing rapidly, there are a lot of changes that happen fairly frequently, which can be a little stressful for some. Personally, I love the challenge.
Cons
Rapid growth makes a fast-paced environment, not everyone's desire

Pros
They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in how management approaches employees, fantastic culture, and empowers you to be the best you can be - with their full support! There are no "hot heads" or yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The environment is very fun, and the people are warm, supportive, and simply awesome. :) It is a challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is great. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. There is a great future if you are willing to work for it.
Cons
Nothing to share at this time

Pros
RED SKY and leadership truly care about their employees and are constantly asking for our feedback on how to be better. They are a transformational (in a positive & significant way) organization. Always trying to improve and evolve its culture, services, and support to clients, candidates, and employees. It is not perfect but is anywhere?!? I love that they have that as a core guiding principle! I'd recommend RED SKY to anyone.
Cons
None - its been a great ride

Pros
Remote flexibility? Many local and national staffing organizations offer this perk.
Cons
If you are considering a job with Red Sky, please do your due diligence in researching the company and CEO. Run a background check on the CEO.

Pros
The commission structure was good. Some of the employees and managers were wonderful people and great to work with.
Cons
This company should be shut down. Nearly every one of the 5 star reviews are clearly fabricated and once you’re a former employee it will all make sense because you’ll read them in the CEO’s voice. No one else is going to put the é with that little accent over Séan, so clue number one. To even pretend this culture from the CEO is anything but toxic and tumultuous, should be illegal. We regularly saw his veins pop out of his neck and turn red (even redder than usual) when he yelled at us all on team calls. All while his housekeepers work in the background. Made us have an HD camera and a ring light on for every call and if we didn’t we got in trouble. What?!? They’ll send silly little surveys where everyone says these things then they’ll never do anything with them. Everyone is aware of how the CEO is and just tries to keep him from blowing up. There’s also no benefits at all, just a $300 monthly stipend. The charity he says he has is also fake and doesn’t exist. This place should be in a documentary. The amount of employees that come in and out every month is wild, I think they have more turnover than maybe any other business. I could go on, but that scratches the surface.

Pros
The fully remote capabilities, and some team members
Cons
Too many to count. Unreliable, not trustworthy CEO who rules with an iron fist. States he wants input but never takes it. Has 0 accountability for himself but expects others to do as he says but not do. Overall no direction, disorganized and not trustworthy. Smiles to your face with a knife in your back. Horrible benefits a $350 monthly stipend for you to get your own private insurance, no 401k, basically nothing.

Pros
Remote work from home - nothing else is great about this company!
Cons
I don't even know where to start. This is not a good company to work for. Avoid this company at all costs! * Lack of leadership or better yet, no leadership, more of a dictatorship * CEO over promising but under delivering constantly - not only to employees but also to clients * Company wants to grow, talks constantly about growth, but there is no growth and they lack a growth mindset * Lack of trust from CEO. Constantly berates people or trash talks about his employees behind their backs I could go on and on and the list is long. This is not the company it promotes itself to be. There is no Diversity or inclusion. Culture is horrible. Everyone is always on edge because of CEO. There are really no benefits so if you are looking for a company with good benefits, this is not the place for you either.

Pros
Red Sky Consulting is a great company. We have a fantastic team/culture in place and I'm proud to be part of it. Sean sincerely cares about his people and treats us like family. He has built a great business, so we have some outstanding customers and great opportunities to work on. We are a results driven team that love to win.
Cons
I have no cons about the company. Lots of green fields to work.

Pros
Outstanding Team In Place (CEO, leadership, rest of team) Sean is a great leader, and generally cares about his employees and business. Very collaborative recruiting and sales teams. Most talented and experienced recruiting team I have worked with. (15 years) Competitive work environment where everyone wants one another to succeed and make money. Sean's annual work summit is fun and helps grow team cohesiveness. Solid Comp plan. Everyone always paid on time. Remote but a family atmosphere. LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
Cons
if you come from huge enterprises and don't like to be a big fish in a small pond it may not be a fit.
