Pros
Goals driven environment. They will help you hit your performance goals and do whatever they can for you to succeed. I was assigned to client projects and was given the option to choose based on my own preferences and goals. You can work remotely or from their NJ office. Great for sales people who want to make money.
Cons
You only get on the full time employee list after a year of working as contract. But they treat you as a full time employee nevertheless.
