    Pros

Pay raises that aren't just cost of living adjustments, most benefits, training resources,

    Cons

Healthcare options aren't as good for some prescription drugs

    Advice to Management

Continue initiatives to hire the best people for jobs, whether internal or external. Continue initiatives to ensure promotions are going by merit, not seniority. Morale is way up with people who qualify for their titles at the helm.

    Advice to Management

Project managers tend to get caught by their project success sometimes leaving the corporate success at risk.

    Pros

I must say that REI has demonstrated its genuine concern and regard for employees in numerous ways. As I prepare to move on due to the considerable transition the company experienced last year, I am thankful and truly impressed with the care and thoughtfulness given to allow me to make as seamless of a career move as possible.

    Cons

There is still room for improvement when it comes to hearing tough constructive criticism but even this has gotten better over the years.

    Advice to Management

Continue to have key persons (Resource mgrs. etc. work to cultivate soft skills)

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to your employees, kind of out of touch with employees
