    Positive Outlook

I have been working at REM Minnesota full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Above minimum wage pay, not particularly draining - depending on your house. Lots of independence, no one's hovering over your shoulder, watching every move.

    Cons

At times it feels like the needs of the clients are being consistently met. No clear leadership structure among DSPs can sometimes lead to heated arguments.
