I have been working at REVOLVE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Perks! The discount is AMAZING! By far the best part of the job. Having REVOLVE on your resume will open so many doors for you. It’s a great place to start your career, but once you have the experience, move on.

    Cons

Pay. You will seriously be under paid for what you do and your workload will most likely be much higher and more demanding than at another company.

    Advice to Management

Training. Before a managerial role is given to someone they should definitely have mandatory training first.

I have been working at REVOLVE full-time

    Pros

Access to cool clothes, shoes, etc.
    Great employee discount
    Free lunch on Thursday

    Cons

Severely underpaid. No ability to advance career. Awful work environment. Favoritism very obvious and a problem. Look around the parking lot - everyone is driving a 10+ year old car - nobody is making a decent living, with the exception of a few "favorite" employees

I worked at REVOLVE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-Perks (clothing discounts, parties, thursday lunches)
    -Laid back atmosphere
    -No dress code
    -Birthday potlucks
    - Pretty good about giving you the days off you want as long as they aren't during blackout dates.

    Cons

    - Favoritism
    - It's a new company so it's a hot mess. No one is ever on the same page. Management always tells us different answers to the same questions and its rare for them to agree on anything. Rules are ALWAYS changing and we aren't always told. Sometimes the customer finds out about certain promotions before we even know about them so it makes for an awkward conversation.
    - It's just a lot of stress and a lot of the people working there just gave up and are doing sub-par work. Which causes good employees issues since they are the ones that are left to clean up the mess.

I worked at REVOLVE full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free lunch on Thursday; Generous discount for buying clothes

    Cons

No way to advance career; Would rather hire external than promote internally; No growth or development; Favoritism everywhere

    Advice to Management

Get straight starting from management; stopping playing favoritism inside departments; managers should know what they are doing instead of hiring from old work places with ridiculous salaries while underpaying loyal employees

    I worked at REVOLVE full-time

    Pros

Discounts, free lunch, access to “cool things” & people will think you’re cool for having the job

    Cons

You get paid nothing, are overworked & the office is absolutely disgusting. I got sick so much here & my boss was a nut job. Don’t waste your time unless you’re rich already & love the fake LA a lifestyle

    Advice to Management

PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES AND PROMOTE THEM, act like you care

I worked at REVOLVE full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Food on Thursday ‘s

    Cons

    *Bad management at Forward !

    Advice to Management

Revolve/Forward need to hire professional people for management and leaders for the warehouses.
These “managers” and “leaders “ have no clue of what they’re doing.
These are professional position inwhich they are suppose to know how to use Microsoft word and send emails, what they do is have other people do they’re emails.

Plenty of Happy Hour events, company parties, and an annual bonus for Christmas. Free lunch every Friday as well. Everyone in the office is pretty nice and a team player.

    Cons

High workload can force 10+ hour work days or working on the weekends (depending on the deadline goal).

I worked at REVOLVE full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Like everyone else is saying in the reviews: There's free lunch on Friday's, free clothes, 300 allowance for personals on REVOLVE, workers are young and relatively friendly. Work environment is very laid back.

    Cons

With all that being said, I don't care too much about free food and clothes when I'm making slightly above average -_- they need to pay their employees more! They'd rather distract everyone with the "perks" than actually pay them what they're worth. This company plays a lot on favoritism and doesn't reward the people who are actually hardworking and helping the company grow! Additionally, all it takes is to say you're leaving and they'll be at your feet trying to offer you more when they should just pay more to start with. This company makes millions and is one of the lowest paying in the LA fashion industry. Do your research their are companies whose starting rate is way more. Also, they're so unorganized and all over the place

    Advice to Management

They should promote within and not feel like they need to hire someone new because they don't know any better and they're willing to take a pay cut. This company has ALOT of growing to do.Focus more on management and how to organize your company rather than free food!
