Can not think of any
Cons
Stay away from this place. They do not care about their employees, and you will be just a number to them. You may think because it’s remote, it will be laid back. Nope, the complete opposite. Mandatory overtime everyday. When training they said there would be some overtime sometimes. Working here feels like you are working black friday, everyday. It is overwhelming and you are handed unattainable expectations. They expect you to respond to a chat within 2 seconds while talking to multiple people at a time along with doing a hundred other things is one example. It is hard to get information from management and HR, and protocols aren’t clear. Management isn’t transparent with employees, acts secretive, and no one knows what is going on. They are consistently misleading. They say you will be able to x after y amount of days being employed, and it never happens. PAY is LOW! Especially for the amount of work you are being asked to do, and especially for how much money this company makes! You are constantly being berated by customers(mostly rich and entitled people) for mistakes made by other departments. Instead of fixing these problems and quality control issues (and because of this they are slammed with customer service inquiries), they just hand more work for their customer service to deal with. Micromanaging!!! Equipment I was given was consistently not working properly. Super high turnover rate. Almost all employees I trained with had quit within a short period of time. I would also not recommend shopping here because of how overpriced it is for the quality you are receiving..

Don’t take these reviews lightly like I did. Here’s your sign, don’t do it!

Discount is great. The Row DTLA is a great space to work. Hybrid schedule is a plus. Product is fun. None of it is worth it.
Cons
The salary is the lowest of industry standards. The workload and expectations do not align to the job title or the salary. The development processes are poorly established and extremely unorganized. They’re very behind in technology advancements and mostly everything is done manually. Which leads to a ton of human error and makes the job extremely difficult. Management is condescending and unprofessional. Too much micromanaging with lack of engagement and business knowledge. Managers are out of touch with actual business needs and duties in the office. No real leadership at all. Employees are simply not valued if they’re not the pet. I’m not just another disgruntled employee. I’ve never experienced this type of management or business practices before. It all feels like a step back in time. They strive to serve to Millennials and Gen Z but are embarrassingly behind. Side note: The products they’re developing are terrible quality. So many people said they’d never pay full price for the items they develop. I can go on and on… Just don’t waste your time here. There are plenty of other apparel companies that’s have their sh*t together. The turnover rate is high here for a reason!!!

Def not worth it

Remote work, some easy days
Cons
This job does not care about you. There are WAY more remote working situations that are better with other companies. They thrive by taking advantage of workers and issuing mandatory overtime. YES, MANDATORY! and if you don't work these they will threaten to make you work them on your day off. I trained being told that certain things won't happen only for them to go back on their word and make employees grind for recognition. Customers do not make it better. You will get yelled at for errors and incompetence that were put upon by other departments. The company as a whole will love bomb you and provide you with excess money and gift cards to hide their own incompetence and lack of care towards the employees. Did I mention the holidays where you WILL be working 10 hour days for about two months straight. Same goes for festival season. Do not work here if you're looking for remote. You're better off going in to a decent job.
