    Pros

Excellent compensation, training, mentoring and support. Realistic accomodation between personal and professional life. Enough flexibility to maintain career growth and development and a real life outside the office.

    Cons

As in any sales environment, there are ups and downs in the revenue (sales) cycle, the benefits could be better, and a more flexible dress code wold be nice.

    Advice to Management

More opportunities for external training. Bigger budget for technology development. And opportunity for employee participation in ownership would be be helpful

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at RGA Associates full-time

    Pros

None. Only worth taking up a job here, if you can't find job anywhere.

    Cons

Lack of proper management, low pay, no pay rise, worst treatment you can get even if you arrive one minute late, mostly Chinese staff. No respect for the employees, can be made redundant any time. Lack of professional environment, most colleagues pitted against each other. Very unhealthy environment to work in. Not recommended workplace at all. Can't give -stars, no option for it hence 1 star.

    Advice to Management

Treat your staff properly, without hardworking staff your company is nothing. Even for 1 minute late you waste 10 mins of productive time lecturing people about it, look at big corporations how flexible their work culture is and therefore how productive their employees are.
