I have been working at RGIS full-time

    Pros

This company is wonderful! The management really wants their people to succeed. They will give additional training, encouragement, and incentives to get and retain employees. They foster an environment of friendliness and cooperation that makes going to work a pleasure. That management style filters down to the hourly employee level. All are willing to help the new hires to flourish. Also, this company promotes from within.

    Cons

    Not the most interesting work.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

I have been working at RGIS part-time

    Pros

Ability to choose which jobs you want to work.
Little to no interaction with general public.

    Cons

Physically and psychologically demanding. I've had panic attacks on the job. I've come home with bruises.
Lots of driving. Job barely pays for gas and tolls.
Not a lot of hours starting out.
Slow hiring process. Took one month to get first assignment.
Several different managers and supervisors. Hard to develop interpersonal relationships.
Some supervisors seem to have little idea of what's going on.
    Have to purchase special shoes.
    Only one company shirt provided.

    Advice to Management

Provide ladders and safety equipment to employees.
Allow employees to specify which regions within a district they would prefer to work.

    Pros

A good way to get to know the surrounding areas

Good discounts available on there website

Tries to work with your schedule.

    Cons

Random hours so there are times you will be working three 8 hour shifts back to back with only 4 hours or so in-between them or you will only work a 3 hour shift after driving for 1 hour to get there.

    Alot of travel time.
