    Pros

The money was great. Each shift lasted a long time and you get paid by the hour regardless of what work you've actually done

    Cons

The shift times are all over the place. This job works both the night shift and day shift. One day you can work from 4am-12pm and the next day it will be 7pm-3am. RIP sleep.

I have been working at RGIS part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

time off whenever you need it, transfer to whatever state you move to just about, people you work with for the most part are friendly and nice, most of the team leads aren't power crazy.

    Cons

don't pay enough, corporate doesn't have employees backs they will take your advancement of level quicker than all hell when it took you months to get there. hire too many new people who don't know the rules and don't count back before submitting numbers and cherry pick their way all around the store .

    Advice to Management

stop hiring all these lame people and the ones who have been there a year or more focus on their advancements. how can we advance when you have people strolling around the store doing the easy areas. pay us more don't be such a tight wad we bust our butts to make the hours you bid for...appreciate us more

I have been working at RGIS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

My experience with RGIS has been one with open communication, great management, a good amount of employee appreciation. There are partnerships that offer discounts and other outside perks as well.

    Cons

The starting salary could be more competitive for those with previous relatable experience (although it is more fair when considering you do not need experience in the field to come in at that salary).

    Advice to Management

Aside from more flexibility regarding working remotely, I am very happy with my relationship with management and feel that I am given all the tools I need to do my duties thoroughly.
