    Pros

    Team Lead pay is $14-$17, changing enviornments, meet lots of new people.

    Cons

    No hour stability, constant procedural changes due to higher ups being let go on a regular basis, high turnover rate for hourly employees as well.

    Pros

    Caring co-workers, great learning opportunity, vacation/sick/personal time, free coffee, annual Christmas lunch, annual picnic, good size cubicle, help will always be available, open door policy, and growth.

    Cons

    Environment, time tracking, 24/7 Support phone, being treated like a number and not a person, low salary, lack of direction, lack of training, poor standards & procedures, upper management cannot seem to understand the services the company provides and tends to focus energy elsewhere, & rapid decline of company success.

    Advice to Management

    Change the company environment to appeal to all ages. Offer incentives, provide inspiration, and thoroughly understand what the business provides and enhance on that. Find new markets to move into and grow/invest in IT.

    I enjoyed working for RGIS up until the last 3 months. Worked with a good team.

    Cons

    The hours are crazy. You only work part time. No full time hours.
