    Negative Outlook

I have been working at RGN Price as a contractor

    Pros

Co-workers are the only reason you can sustain in this place

    Cons

Cultureless organisation. Work ethics, Oh! Forget it!
Infrastructure, whatever is that? .Systems are so outdated, they creak and cry due to overuse
Salary is never paid out before the 15th each month
No holidays, no leaves. You fall sick, you lose pay
Conveyances are not paid on time
    Retention amount is perennially delayed.
Any queries pertaining to money owed to you, when put forth to the partner, standard response is "We will see".. after that you will not see the partner for months together!
The minutest of things, right from buying a pencil cannot happen without the partner's approval!!
Mind you, even a cup of tea that you consume in office (thankfully not water) is accounted for!

    Advice to Management

Grow up, adapt to change and for God's sake, learn to delegate and trust people.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at RGN Price full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Exposure to assignments from various industries
    - Opportunity to handle big assignments at an early stage of your training
    - People are friendly and that's the only reason you are able to enjoy the work
    - Good Work life balance

    Cons

    Don't get me started on this;
If you want to work for free and if you like getting irritated and frustrated, then this is the right place for you because you are not going to get your salary plus reimbursement of expenses on time. It may even take a year.
The only response you are going to get from Partners is "I'LL GET BACK TO YOU", "I'LL CALL YOU BACK" which is so bloody frustrating, you have no idea.
And yeah, at the time of full and final settlement, expect to pay instead of receiving the entitled money. They will somehow find a way to recover the money from you. In other cases, the reason will be that you performance wasn't good which is a pathetic excuse. And of course, it's gonna take a whole lot of "I'll get back to you" before it's settled and paid.
Sometimes, it becomes a torture so BEWARE

    Advice to Management

Yeah, only if they BACK TO US or REPLY TO OUR CALL.
But nonetheless, Please do your bloody job and pay people what they deserve and are entitled to.
