    I worked at RGP full-time

    Pros

Work Life Balance, professional services colleagues, benefits, flexibility, little bureaucracy to get things done and propose/implement ideas

    Cons

No evaluations for management employees, resulted in subjective and unclear promotion and bonus processes which was detrimental to morale and used as a subtle means to push people out of the organization. No Company Career Trajectory or path to promotion and professional development/training Client & Business Development teams holds most weight in the organization over the recruiting team. Instances of ... management leader conduct were overlooked for those generating large client revenue, compromising teamwork effectiveness and overall cultural values in local office

    I worked at RGP full-time

    Pros

Work life balance Handful of smart folks

    Cons

Company led by insular old timers of which a handful have no qualifications to be in the roles. Advancement based on nepotism and favoritism. Trying to compete in traditional consulting but doesn’t have the talent nor the chops. BD a mess. New compensation plan a mess.

    Advice to Management

Take a closer look at who is leading your markets and the excess baggage at the leadership level.
