    Pros

The people, knowledge gained, felt as I was my own boss.

    Cons

Did not sell so I did not make any money. Management did not want me there and I did not want to be there either.

    Advice to Management

More support. Could tell I was struggling and they did not provide much help. More training.

    Pros

Great team of co-workers and a nice dog friendly work office and allows for work life balance

    Cons

Mngt does not manage funds properly... giving executives bonuses and not paying sub-contractors or employees on time - resulting in projects being haulted during install in some cases causing upset customers...

    Advice to Management

There are so many solar companies out there to choose from ... RGS will be lucky if they survive through 2017... best to polish up your resume and look for work elsewhere
