I have been working at RHA Health Services full-time

    Pros

They offer supervision to earn your license... otherwise this place is not worth working at....also they Deep Ellum more than other companies.

    Cons

Work load is high, health benefits are Terrible and they are now giving people LESS hours per week allowed towards time off (PTO). Also..most of the people you'll work with are overworked and stressed. The extra pay you get to work here you are expected to give your soul for in return.

    Advice to Management

Don't abuse your employees. You should focus on allowing your workers to have a balanced work and personal life....the focus is ALL about BILLING.
Set some standards... There are people that are unprofessional and should be fired/reprimanded however they don't support intensive in-home team leads when they have issues with employees.

    Pros

making a difference in peoples lives and helping them to be successful

    Cons

no benefits, company does not care about their employees and compensating them fairly, expected to do work that you are not paid for, illegal actions taking place(manager changed timesheet and billable hours without authorization, deceitful and inexperienced management, poor communication, manager was not supportive and would not take responsibility for her own actions and mistakes. A very bad experience and a real eye opener!

    Advice to Management

Treat staff like they matter and appreciate them for the hard work they do! Encourage and support your employees instead of retaliating against them for your inexperience and mistakes!

Where to start! Management, director...no people skills let alone management skills. Horrible experience. No client focus, just bill as much as you can. No raises. Expect way too much for such little pay!

    Advice to Management
