    Kept u working, good hands, friendly environment, hands on, team work

    Cons

    Unprofessional superintendent, lacking material, no tool supply, no communication, favorites

    Advice to Management

    Stop picking favorites and look for hard working individuals.

    Pros

    The individuals being served by this agency are the only good thing about this agency.

    Cons

    Low pay for what's required from employee, consistantly exceeding safe working hours, not meeting ratios of clients to staff persons, Incifficant trainings, Disconnected lower and upper management.

    Advice to Management

    Your mission statement should mean more and be more than just words you preach to new hires, or in your advertisement, Get out of your offices and back into the field, your providing less than sufficient services and overwhelming what little staff you have left.

    I have been working at RHC Inc full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Flexible schedules for administrative staff. Everybody has the ability to connect to the network and work from home if/when needed.

    Cons

    Extreme lack of accountability throughout the company. Nobody sticks to policies and procedures, or is consistent when applying them. Major decisions are often made without consulting or informing the right personnel which usually ends up causing mass chaos as the proper course of action is settled on at the last minute.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on what is best for the organization, rather than what is best for an individual employee at any given moment. Continually refer back to the mission and values before making major business decisions.

    Pros

    None unprofessional and ghetto ..no chain of command. Supervisors has no purpose due to their overwhelming need for direct care staff so they do what they want. And the program is ghetto from top to bottom. And its top heavy.

    Cons

    Chain of command terrible and they are not oraganize and unprofessional. .changed name to to clean up their terrible buisiness real ghetto there..they should disorganize again and start over again..3rd time a charm.

    change name again maybe

    Pros

    The work that is done throughout this organization is very important. Working there and with the individuals we serve, you get a true sense of happiness knowing that you are helping make another person or families life better.

    Cons

    Working in the non-profit world, you know that you salary will never be much. At times I wish I did make more money though. Also I wish there were monthly annomous proformance evaluations that were conducted by fellow employees.

    Set aside more available money for continring education.
