I worked at RISI full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Supportive and positive colleagues, provide ethical jobs environment, standard social security and insurance.

    Cons

outdated price salary range for current employee. New employees always get better salary range even though they are new and need to be trained.

    Advice to Management

As a growing company, I think it's better to always review employee's salary periodically to always be in market , not talking about the standard salary provided by government, but the real deal that other company with similar position can offer, Otherwise employees turn over will be remain really high.

    Cons

Management doesn't have long term strategy to grow the company. People, even long-term employees keep leaving, while mngmt does nothing to keep them, relies on newbies.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, take into account their needs and suggestions.

    I worked at RISI

    Pros

Flexibility, relaxed atmosphere, no dress code

    Cons

Management is clueless; tries to cover up problems instead of fixing, those who work hard are not promoted, true lack of understanding company wide on what strengths of company really are, has become a stepping stone bc doesn't appreciate good/young talent

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to the areas with high negatives on company survey, do exit interviews to find why so many leave after couple years, actually give people opportunities to grow instead of just empty promises
