    Pros

Working at RJC you have great autonomy, they offer great benefits and a bike room / fitness centre in the building. Performance reviews every 6-months though action stemming from this was minimal. Well recognized company. Support continued education.

    Cons

RJC can be clicky, and highly demanding - managing your work and life balance can be a challenge that people succeed at in varying degrees. Lack of community. Sometimes tasks can be ill defined when given to you leading to you becoming overloaded.

    Advice to Management

Listen to what employees express in their performance reviews. Be inclusive! If you're having a team meeting invite the whole team...
