Make an effort to improve the skill set . Give them a platform to learn more. Provide some training on new skills or technologies in the market. Provide an opportunity to learn .

I have been working at RJT Compuquest full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Good company to start with
    Better in terms of professionalism.
    Good Marketing and Immigration team

    Cons

    1) Company is not integrated cant Identify who is responsible for what everyone call and tell that they are my point of contact but no one respond when you need help.

    2) If you are a consultant company don't update you with latest skill which is required for job market / at-least they won't update you time to time with what is going in the job market.

    3) Not a good company for experienced consultants unless you know latest skill and you are sure that it is hot in the market.

    4) No coordination between Marketers - Everyone submit your profile for same position without your knowledge (1 or 2 person is OK just imagine about 10 Marketers submitting for same role and you get 10 calls from vendors for same position it is so annoying). Also No followups with Vendor upon submission (Very few Marketers does followup).

    Advice to Management

    1) Please improve your CRM / Employee relationship team. It is clear that you are having people to do so but please assign certain person to a group of consultants.
    2) Please updated consultants with latest skill and what is happening in the market. You can not expect company growth without doing so. Keep a motto of company growth with employees growth.
    3) You definitely should have a database to maintain which consultant is submitted to what position so that multiple duplicate submission can be avoided. if that is expensive, at lease assign certain marketer to certain state requirement so that consultant like me can be free for annoying duplicate submission calls.

I have been working at RJT Compuquest full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Hands off. Easy going "managers." Leadership seems eager to be helpful, but doesn't seem to work out that way in the end.

    Cons

Very poor HR support. Payroll is once a month. Computer interfaces for timesheet and expense reports seems like a 90's throwback. Often very slow for travel reimbursements.

Company is based in India with offices in America, language barriers exist.

    Advice to Management

Mature your IT interfaces. Change payroll to at least semi-monthly. Communication is poor and difficult, EFL (English as a first Language) employees would greatly bridge communication gaps.

I worked at RJT Compuquest (Less than a year)

    Pros

Inspire you to work hard on seeking a better job and a better company.

    Cons

    1. They had a lot of lies. They said they will provide a training and free apartment during training. They ask you to sign 30 pages document before you start your training. Please read it 20 times! you will find out your training will be charged 16,000 dollars including the dorm. And you will get deductions from your paycheck in the future. If you don't get hired after training, you still have to pay it.

    2. Read their offer 20 times also! If you got employed, you only get paid when you are on the project. You don't get paid when you are in between 2 projects. 2000 billable hours probably means 2-3 years, that is the time you are on a project.

    3. Poor management.

    4. Poor payroll system.

    5. Stay away from this company for the foreign students. They will never give you a green card. They just want your training fee.

    6. They sent me threat email when I wanted to leave.
