    Pros

    Every day offers an opportunity to learn something new. Fast paced environment and the company really does try to do good work in the community by supporting charities and local teams, etc. Directors do take time to listen to managers and staff, even though often their hands are tied to make any changes.

    Cons

    High expectations with little reward for jobs well done, resulting in high turnover. It's hard to build a great team when it's so easy to find a similar job that both rewards and pays better. Corporate level leadership seems to have forgotten what it's like to have their boots on the ground because they're too worried about making themselves wealthy instead of getting the managers invested in the company.

    Customers are despicable, you could be the best server in the world and they will find something wrong. But, that's the server life.
