    Pros

They have good benefits and the work schedule was great. The work itself was also enjoyable.

    Cons

Management was not the best. The treatment employees received was unfair and came close to being prejudice and retaliation.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to keep an eye on lower management to make sure they are not treating the employees unfairly. This will help in retaining good and consciousness employees.

I worked at RMS full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great bonus structure and great training. Always felt like they allowed you to work independently and when needed the team would always look out for each other

    Cons

The office was always having computer problems with to much down time. Although it started out as a team, it quickly became a place that forced you to worry about no one but your self. There was not enough communication between management and the employees.

    Advice to Management

Management should be more aware of company's future of its employee's do to the office is down to only 3 people. Main client has pulled all accounts and this came with no knowledge of how this happened. Company has laid off 85% of the employee's and still no one can understand how the company lost the account
