    Negative Outlook

I have been working at RMS of Ohio full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They have hours available and will offer overtime when they need coverage. Easy to become full time. Will pay for medication passing certification.

    Cons

Must use your own car to transport clients who are prone to accidents in your car... they do not replace anything clients have broken or cleaning fees for your car... some of the clients are overwhelming and prone to violence... they have redundant mandatory meetings every 2-3 months... must work holidays and weekends... upper management act like they're gods and blame everything on the workers... trust no one! and so...

    Advice to Management

Stop blaming everything on your SAs, and stop manipulating truths to benefit you. Or fire the managers that do.

    Pros

You can get hours and helping the clients

    Cons

Force you to work against your availability, pay is garbage, no room to move up, no raises, management plays favorites.

    Advice to Management

Get organized, get more in tuned with their clients, treat staff better, pay raises are really needed, and strive to become professional.
