    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    Extremely supportive and flexible management.
Quick to praise and highlight team member achievements.
Clear targets and expectations are set.
Friendly, fun team who work hard to get their jobs done.

    Cons

Could do with a more structured training programme for new recruits.
Suffers a little from the lack of a dedicated marketing individual/team.

    Pros

It's a new company and so there are unlimited potential for growth within the company. The employees will have many chances to be cross-trained.

    Cons

Not enough support and poor response from Headquarter & manufacturer in Indonesia. Products need to be redesign in order to capture the market in Vietnam.

    Advice to Management

Need to invest more time and effort in support the operation. Logistic in Indonesia is not adequate as mistakes are repeated over and over again.
