I worked at RPM International part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Job was full-time and secure as long as you showed up every day, regardless of performance.

    Cons

Job was to call past due debtors of accounts sometimes many years old. It was difficult, stressful and not enjoyable at all. All my time was spent on an outbound automated dialer. Bonuses were present but essentially unreachable unless you took inbound calls. Extremely high turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Vary the job more.

Human resources is snobby any make you feel as though you're wasting their time. If you like being pressured to collect or risk being fired, this s your job
