I have been working at RPh on the GO full-time for less than a year

    Pros

In my short time there I really feel like part of the team. You will never be bored here. The work is rewarding. The more you put in the more you get out. You will work closely with fellow co workers who are extremely helpful.

    Cons

Can't think of any. I have a little experience and I know one thing, I'm glad I accepted the position.

I have been working at RPh on the GO full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

I have been working with RPh on the go for over 10 years and I can honestly say RPH on the go is a great place to work. You must work hard, nothing comes easy that is for sure. But believe me when I tell you if you work hard and do things the right way, you will enjoy the benefits. This job is not for everyone, let me repeat this job is not for everyone, you cannot expect to come in and build your desk overnight, it takes time. Give yourself the opportunity to learn the job and do the job with integrity and you will find yourself making a lot of money.

    Cons

Ex-Employees that complain but didn't want to put in the work and left.

I have been working at RPh on the GO full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great Benefits, Great People and a Great office! I love working here! It is a tough job and I spent a lot of hours learning the job and putting in a lot of overtime to get ahead but it was worth it. No one is going to hold your hand and make you successful here but you! You can build your own book of business here and develop customers that will work with you for years. The benefits are great. You start earning vacation from the first day you start. They offer cell phone plan discounts and other discounts. We have fun company outings.

    Cons

This is a tough job and you need to be dedicated and work hard to get what you want from this position. You need to be able to recruit and sell at a high level to be successful here. If you work hard and put in the extra effort to get ahead you can and will be successful here. It took me a few years to get to the level that I wanted to be at but I learned to ask for help and followed the advice from people that were successful here.

I have been working at RPh on the GO full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

RPh on the Go is a long-standing, well-founded company, with a strong support system from its parent company, Adecco. The office is centrally-located, just off the Blue Line, Cumberland, and 90. The building is top-notch, with a fitness facility, cafe, lobby pop-up vendors, appreciation lunches, easy parking, and more. But most importantly, I love the office atmosphere and the people with whom I work. We go on summer outings, we collect canned goods at Thanksgiving for the Salvation Army, we are currently collecting donations and getting ready to volunteer together at Cradles for Crayons, recently had an opportunity to volunteer at Feed my Starving Children, and celebrate the end of the year with a wonderful party. We have potlucks, Halloween celebrations, chili cook-offs, and we take time to celebrate each other - birthdays, anniversaries, personal accomplishments. There is no place I'd rather be.

    Cons

Pharmacy recruiting is not easy and not for everyone. It's hard work, but we've put a good team in place to work together and support each other.

I worked at RPh on the GO full-time

    Pros

Solid location. Right off the blue line. They have a gym in the building in which some people use during lunch. They are a branch of Adecco, which is a billion dollar, global company, so you get a lot of access to resources and such. There are some genuine people that work there, and the team leads can be good people to leverage. The sales support team are a great resource, and HR from corporate that sits on site is an office favorite! They don't micromanage.

    Cons

Honestly the one bad con is the manager. I never advocate for someone losing their job but a change has to be made. He avoids his team when he comes in and leaves. Will never give you feedback on how you are doing until his back is against the wall. Has clear cut favorites which creates a negative atmosphere in the office. No real training, especially on the sales side, so be mentally prepared to figure it out yourself. This place has the potential to be great, but unless some type of change is made, it will always stay as is. Everyone freaks out when someone posts a "not perfect" review, so you will see a few great reviews after this one to counter balance what people deem their truth.

I worked at RPh on the GO full-time for less than a year

    Pros

For the most the people that work there are friendly.

    Cons

DISCLAIMER, in the next 24 hours it will be at least one good review to overshadow this one in order for the company to maintain its to good to be true rating. The director is going to tell you to take the bad reviews "literally not seriously" and remind you that the people that wrote the reviews are no longer working for the company and make it seem as if individuals could not handle the work. In previous reviews people speak about going over and beyond, well I did just that. I exceeded the daily calls, had great talk time, etc.. I was asked was I happy based on "data". Data showed that I was beyond excited, I was always in the top 10 and surpassed the expectations that were set and yet that was not enough. The training I received or lack there of consisted of a team lead giving me a few pharmacy terms that I needed to know, a couple hours of shadowing calls for 3 days, and a very long template the director created and wanted me to read during calls. I was never properly trained nor did I receive any coaching. The job the job description I applied for and what I was doing were 2 different things. If you are looking for a great environment that is going to train and develop you, this is NOT the for you. If you are looking to play politics and enjoy long meaningless meetings that could be sent via email then you will thrive.

I have been working at RPh on the GO full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I've worked with this company for over 5 years now. It takes a lot of hard work to be here, which everyone is told multiple times during their interviews and their tenure with the company. We rarely rest! It's been very disappointing, recently, to see disgruntled former employees tear down a company that I've put years into, and believe in. Nothing is handed to anyone here. All of the successful people here have been here through the thick and thin of things, through years and hours of calls, relationship building, and honest, hard work. People who didn't fair well in this environment have come in with negative, "I'm a victim," attitudes and tried to find the easy way to do things, including acting in ways that were not honest and lacked integrity. They haven't been open to coaching, they've not put in the effort it takes (which again, is explained numerous times through everyone's time here), they've tried to find ways of doing this job that don't work and therefore, weren't successful. It is really sad that anyone who didn't do well here, would diminish the work the rest of us have done to get where we are. If you are an candidate looking for a great team to work with, people you can trust, an opportunity to learn, grow and succeed while making great money, and truly want to do great work, then this is the place for you. We admire and reward hard work, honestly, and integrity in all we do. That's why this is a great place to work.

    Cons

This job isn't for everyone. Hard work, long hours, and failure are part of the process and the job. It's not always great, and it's not perfect. You have to be your own advocate and ask questions. We help each other to succeed here.

I worked at RPh on the GO full-time

    Pros

There are some great individuals that work here and many that have left. There is potential (if you work hard) and would be even better if some processes would be improved to enable employees to be truly successful.

    Cons

    - There are approximately 5 employees (including management) that account for about 80-90% of the business. The remainder of the 20+ employees are left all picking up the scraps. - Some employees will give “friends” priority on a job before it goes out to the team or they may push their own candidate over yours (to get both sides of the commission) so if you are not in the inner circle, it will be harder to make money. Some individuals are cutthroat and will call on your candidates/clients to try to steal them from you which creates negativity in the workplace. - Training and 1:1’s are relatively non-existent from leadership so be prepared to find ways to get the training you need because it won’t be regularly provided on a formal basis.

I worked at RPh on the GO full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The only way to go for this company would be up. I was told that they were about a $35 Million company at when they were privately owned by the founder/pharmacist and they were acquired twice by larger companies that had focuses other than pharmacy staffing.

    Cons

The training and development is done by an unqualified person that is not good at their job at all. They have obviously been a large part of this company's failure and has pulled the wool over the eyes of the corporation, Adecco. None of the recruiters (account managers) respect this person and their co-workers often complain about how non-responsive they are.
