Pros
A lot of training and good work-life balance
Cons
it's hard to move up the company very fast. everyone at the top is happy with their jobs and doesn't appear to be going anywhere. that being said the company is growing fast so if you want to move up quickly you have to be willing to move.

Pros
Very friendly and smart staff. Some projects are cool and if you're in the aviation sector, you may have an opportunity to design very visible terminals in growing airports. Many offices throughout the country and they may be receptive to transferring cities. The company's CEO, Dave Sweeney, is very personable.
Cons
Unless you're a part of the few, splashy projects, the work may be very interesting. Often projects are remote and un-personal. Limited mentorship opportunities. Often projects have big, messy Revit files and you're computer will be chugging to keep up.

Cons
There is room for improvement with some processes and change management. Thankfully, several strategic leaders have been hired to address this needs.

Inconsistent Leadership/Lack of Flexibility
Aug 24, 2022 - Human ResourcesRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The company is respected in the industry and does some really great work. Lots of good leaders who really try to take care of their people. If you work hard, you have opportunities to advance in certain teams and business units.
Cons
Lack of diversity. Lack of advancement opportunities. Leadership that vehemently opposes work-from-home and believes that butts in seats are more important than setting clear expectations and trusting their team to meet expectations. A very messy reorg that created unnecessary attrition. Lack of transparency, especially in HR leadership. Retaliatory behavior from the CEO and former VP of HR in violation of the FLSA. Terrible pay and benefits. Micromanagement of PTO and work schedules. Pushback from the CEO on recognizing MLK Day and Juneteenth.
