    Pros

    - Great culture, people love the company
    - There is always someone willing to help you out if you need it
    - Clear sense that we are doing the right thing for our customers and people despite all the changes required to get us into a strong position
    - Good pay and benefits
    - If you are willing to work hard you do get recognised
    - Great work life balance, there are no clock watchers
    - Flexible working

    Cons

    - Still not sure that all of the structural changes have happened, some uncertainty
    - Marketing is not highly valued

    Advice to Management

    Transparency is key, keep up with the two way conversation through channels such as Yammer. It is so important that people feel like they can ask you questions and make suggestions.

    Pros

    Fantastic people, fair salary, good holidays. Fun place to work, and always opportunities to progress if you can cut the mustard.

    Cons

    Bad software right across the board. Quoting/servicing a policy would be like swimming through treacle. Poor upskilling and training for a FTSE 100 company. Poor lines of communications.

    Advice to Management

    Invest in software fit for purpose and not management consultants!!

    Pros

    flat organisation, free fruit and snacks, gym membership and half price on cleaning service at home. competitive salary

    Cons

    can be hard to take vacation if you quality of sales has not been the best. risk of losing sales bonus

    Pros

    High level of professionalism overall. Great teams in place. Excellent work environment. Company significantly invests on people development. I definitely recommend it.

    Cons

    Limited teleworking opportunities, in case people are interested in them.
    Career development opportunities may require relocation, sometimes abroad, which may not be suitable for everybody.

    Advice to Management

    My overall experience has been really great and I find difficult to identify areas for management to work on. At a push, I would recommend enchancing the retention approach for key talent

    No commission, lack of support and base pay may be low depending on which department

    Make salaries more competitive for smaller departments

    I worked at RSA Group (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Worked here during uni. Took really good care of the customer service team. Most of my colleagues from there have moved on from customer service now but still within the company.

    Cons

    Include more sales people on the incentive trips.
