    Pros

Friendly, approachable seniors with good work ethics and do assist with training and knowledge sharing.

    Cons

No formal qualifications assistance given due to cut backs on finance over past few years.

    Advice to Management

Always look after quality staff, they're the ones who bring in the company income (too may redundancies over the past few years).

I worked at RSA Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good salary, short hours (35), 9-5pm Mon-Fri, paid 2x15 mins breaks (contracted), informal wear, relaxed use of company equipment/acceptable use as long as reasonable, regular comms, 1hr team time each week, breakfast/lunch treats, good training, great benefits 25 days holiday with option to buy/sell 5 days, allowed to carry over too. Paid overtime, or take as time off/owed instead. City centre location.

These may seem trivial positives to some people reading this but there's not many 9-5 jobs anymore let alone the other perks. All adds up to a good work/life balance people desire. The current market wants you to work longer hours and pay less, unpaid overtime etc

    Cons

Micro management, a lot of red tape hindering common sense approach to work, not a huge amount of opportunities.
