    Pros

    The pay was nice.

    Cons

The personalities of the other directors, save for Transportation, were difficult. The top three in the company were torture to work with. Direct supervisor, CFO, was horrible. The company is known as Run, Scream, and HIde for good reason. The corporate culture was horrible.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to lead. Learn how to listen.

    I worked at RSH full-time

    Pros

    There's not a single pro to this job . . . . . . . . . . . .

    Cons

I cannot express strongly enough why people shouldn't work here. For starters, you'll never have any kind of career advancement opportunities now matter how hard/long you work there. You can work your bum off and never receive any positive praise or thanks. They refuse to pay overtime (even if your contract states you get paid for it). Imagine stepping back 30 years into a misogynistic beige rude workplace, and that's what it's like working in head office.

Basically if you have any respect for yourself avoid this place.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff and respect them as people.

I worked at RSH as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked for RSH Limited (Stradivarius) for 2 months, the staffs were all friendly and helpful in teaching you new stuffs. 5 working days with 1 full shift per week. Get to interact with all kinds of customers mainly tourists.

    Cons

Managers focused solely on sales targets daily and do not appreciate part-timers's effort, treat their full timers with biases. We part-timers working hard and kept serving customers but we are not entitled to any commissions. Chit chat abit and kena by manager and kept stressing on sales target. Store closed at 10pm daily but have to do house keeping till 10.30pm(weekday) and 11pm(weekend), usually exceeded the timing and no overtime pay too.
