I have been working at RSI Home Products full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great company culture in California. This is a company where they hire you because you know what you are doing. You won't get micro-managed here but there will be an expectation to complete tasks.

    Cons

As in most bigger companies communication is sometimes a factor. But there has been vast improvements.

    Advice to Management

    Consider tuition reimbursement.
