    Pros

Happy moments when you get posted for oversea assignment.

    Cons

They make you work like hell despite the staff is over-worked and health is impaired. The company don't treat you well. Partner only cares about their billing target and always hungry for business. There is a 2-year contract and a laptop scheme. In short, you are paying for the laptop for 3 years.

Every staff has "billing target" so if I am given a files with a lot of mess and imagine the audit fee is low. It is hard for me to achieve that. My colleague will not help me if I don't share my audit fee with them. So what teamwork is there? Other colleague has their off peak, while I am still clearing the audit points. Plus we are treated like an admin staff. Plus not to mention that I have to clear so many rounds of review points - manager/Partner/QC partner. Partner can go on long holiday but when the staff clear leave, that Partner make noise!

When my colleague left, they took 3 months to replace a staff. Luckily I moved on to big 4.
