    People are nice and friendly (but also depends on which group you are in).

    Cons

    Low benefits, bonus payout almost 4-5 months after financial year.
    Management live in their own world
    2 years bond for nothing

    Advice to Management

    To be more open-minded. Shall reflect on their own what are the root causes (eg. benefits, management, opportunities) of high staff turnover instead on blaming on the staff who choose to leave.
