    I worked at RSM as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The work environment is great and most of the people are really helpful at answering any questions you have. Upper management is great and very approachable and there is a good chemistry throughout the office.

    Cons

    There is certainly a big divide between the different areas (tax, auditing, etc).

    Pros

    Large company with room for personal growth and professional development

    Cons

    Many layers of management, spend more time in meeting discussing issues than actually completing work. This creates excessive demand on you outside of normal hours to complete work to meet client demands

    Advice to Management

    Roll up your sleeves and work instead of pushing more work down and being non-responsive to those completing the work.
