I have been working at RSP Nutrition full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

RSP has a great work atmosphere of ambitious young peers with a common goal in getting better as a team everyday.

    Cons

As RSP grows we have to pick which priorities to focus on. There are some opportunities that need wait to focus on the important ones.

I worked at RSP Nutrition full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The only good thing about the job is that it gives you *some* freedom. You can start late (11am) and have *some* ability to pursue projects you find interesting. Other than that there's no benefit to working here.

    Cons

Leadership is never on the same page. This means that there is no shared mission and no "big picture". A lot of the time "lead team" (the executives of the company) aren't in the office or just don't talk to each other. There is a clear division between "lead team" (as well as employees that "lead team" thinks have potential for raises/promotions) and everyone else. Even the office space shows the double standard (regular employees are on one side and "lead time"/special employees on the other side). No one knows why decisions are made, and company strategy can change in the blink of an eye. The work itself is task based and you don't always know how it ties into company strategy. Not to mention there is a total lack of professionalism. People dress in gym clothes to work, there are no standard 6-month or yearly reviews, and lead team lies constantly about your performance. To top it off, there are no benefits and pay is mediocre to below average, at least based on what I was paid in my year there. If you are a self-directed person who is laid back, you might be okay, otherwise goodluck.
