I have been working at RSQUARE full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Never had any issues with the company or management. Salary on time, benefits are ok not the best. Pretty transparent and flexible been working with them for 9 years.

    Cons

    Marketing team could be better.

I worked at RSQUARE full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They still have a pulse, but it's fading fast.

    Cons

Horrible leadership and sales. Company is going to die on the vine. Old CEO forced out, junior partner took over and doesn't understand the business. In 2 years company went from 150 to 50 consultants billing.

    Advice to Management

Fire Sandeep and hire someone who understands the business and can drive business and revenues. Anil Kappa was removed from his post in 2010, he isn't perfect, but head and shoulders above the current leader!

I have been working at RSQUARE part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Excellent staff
    Attractive women
    Long hours, high paying shifts
I would highly recommend working here, except you will have to have a second job because only working 3 days a week is difficult.

    Cons

Essentially only open weekends, additionally the shifts can be questionably long in terms of legality, sometimes you will have a 6 hour shift but work for over 20 hours.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing, but don't hate on people for having multiple jobs. Working here is obviously not enough to live off.
