Oct 18, 2022 - Event Sales Manager in Fairfax, VARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Definitely love the employees and how the team comes together for big events and weddings. You get to be creative and manage your workflow and time. You can earn as much as you put into the marketing side of getting new clients and hustling.
Cons
Stressful, blurred boundaries of work and home life with phone calls at all hours and working nights and weekends at events. Often have to figure out last minute solutions when the kitchen or warehouse doesn't come through with what was promised to client.
