I worked at RTI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Nice manager and very good benefits blus they take care of their employees well. Bay is good and plenty of working hours too, you also get to travel for work and they takes care of that too.

    Cons

Not sure of it now but back than safety in the warehouse is not up to what it should be and I hope it's all worked out already. It was in the making to get all their safety in top shape so my guess is that it is all good now.

    Advice to Management

Thanks for giving me the chance to get all the experience and techs I learned from you.

    Pros

Co-workers are nice and my boss is really easy to get along with. The environment is very relaxed and business casual.

    Cons

I wouldn't consider this place to have competitive pay and benefits, but for the anyone who can trade the best salary for a great working environment, do so.

    Pros

This is a great company to work for, no matter what stage of your career you are in. Everyone is treated like family here and every employee's input is valued. You have excellent work/life balance and the company provides wonderful benefits. Management always expresses gratitude for hard work and continued education. Several employees have been with the company 10+ years, which shows that people are genuinely happy working here.

    Cons

Not necessarily a bad thing, just extra personal bookkeeping to keep up with- both hourly and salaried employees have to keep time sheets. This is for the purpose of knowing how much to bill clients, so it is important.

    Pros

There were no pro's about working for RTI. The send you out on these client based projects, you get treated like your just a body in a seat. no integrity . The always side with the client even if they are in the wrong. Wouldn't recommend working for them

    Cons

there are so many too name, but i will just list the most important.

liars, no integrity, low ball hr rate, no empathy for anything that may happen to you personally, bad HR dept, they don't care about your needs

    Advice to Management

    value your employees

I worked at RTI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Most friendly work environment and flexible schedules as long as you communicate with mgmt. Upper mgmt is very involved in all aspects of the company.

    Cons

Some of the mid-level supervisors have a major problem with professionalism and show favoritism. There is also too much inner office gossip and the supervisors participate in this as well, setting a bad example of office etiquette.
