    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at RV College full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Best reason to work here is interaction with very talented students and sharing of views and learning with each other.

    Cons

As you find some drawbacks in some companies here too are some drawbacks mainly poor human relationships among the faculty members which is yielding more working stress.

    Advice to Management

Develop good human relationship among faculties and recognise their contribution,
also develop and maintain good relationship with the out side organisations.
