I have been working at RVCA

    Pros

RVCA is an all around great place to work. The office is inspiring as well as the people that work there. If you are into surfing, skating, art, MMA fighting, or fashion then this is the ideal place for you.

    Cons

    Downstairs bathrooms flood occasionally.

    Pros

    I worked at RVCA full-time

    Pros

President of United States invited owner Pat Tenore to White house for Integrity & Success! Sour grapes for lazy competitors above who needed to be replaced when they lost their jobs for being incompetence after this great honest company and man fed their families- where any company would have fired them! Company & Owner was nominated Best Employment place in Orange County! And for extreme integrity and honesty. Losers always complain. Integrity and honesty never does. and RVCA fed their families and gave them pay checks they did not deserve at all! Ungrateful complainers and losers. That simple. Those 2 should never had been hired as they were complainers, cancers and never earned their paychecks and sent more clothes out the back door than out the front door! "L"! Pathetic spies. Fake posters.

    Cons

Just the 2 "Fake posters" above who came from and went back to competitors. Losers & Pathetic.

I worked at RVCA full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Cool Cloths, Good materials, as a retailer, they really had it going on in the beginning.

    Cons

Ego Driven Ownership, success really had nothing to do with the "visionary" LOL Patrick Tenore Jr.. Useless ownership, good peeps to work with, pay sucked. Over Worked. ownership has no loyalty for the hard work you put in.

    I worked at RVCA full-time

    Pros

Fellow co-workers were great to work with. Slowly, the good ones started leaving though.

    Cons

Constant change in management, always trying to fix what isn't wrong and not fix what is. Management doesn't understand the company culture. Poor pay. Depressing moral. No room for growth.
