I worked at RW3 Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Owner of the company has vision and knows how to do business in the higher leagues. The company from the top down promotes a progressive environment. They use state of the art technologies , they have good programmers on staff and good facilities.

    Cons

Treacherous environment for developers at the bottom of the food chain. Sudden changes of course may leave some people overboard.

    Advice to Management

Need to do a better job managing your human capital.

    Pros

They still exist. that's a positive.

    Cons

For a company which had been around for a while you would expect better management skills in resolving crisis situations.

The system around here does not need a minor tweak. Its need a major overhaul.

    Advice to Management

Need to focus on training their managers.

I worked at RW3 Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small Company lifestyle, there's some good people who work there, very intelligent. Product was solid and intuitive, this company will either get bought out or close up in the end.

    Cons

Work schedule imposed on some staff was incredulous. Rewards for bad behaviour, Fake "open door" policy; if you complain you'll get terminated. There was no room to grow ultimately.

  8. "Overall good, good people for the most part, a little adrift in finding management style."

    Pros

Good people, laid back, good work life balance, fair pay. good at mentoring and recognizing people's talent in their ranks.

    Cons

Would change hierarchy and management style every six months to try to fix problems instead of actually fixing problems.Would promote brilliant programmers to manager and project managers when they had absolutely no experience at managing and we lost their programming skills too.

    Advice to Management

If you are going to take skilled employees and put them into positions out of their strength at least get them some training.
