    Pros

    Great people and working environment

    Cons

    It can be frustrating when customers are upset and there are limits to what you can do to help them but I understand that this is because management need to sign off some actions.

    I worked at RWE npower as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

    > Good benefits (pay + gym + learning voucher)
    > Opportunities to travel to Germany
    > Good work/life balance
    > Treat interns like integral of the team
    > Nice team
    > Nice canteen

    Cons

    > Limited career opportunities though if you want to stay in the company for long. But it is not the company's fault. More or less its because of the econ status in Europe

    Pros

    A lot of training, including distance learning. Opportunities to help in the community and fundraise. Plans to assist you to work to target and additional help offered where needed - time is always made to help you achieve what you need to.

    Cons

    Demanding job, always on the go. High expectations that sometimes are unrealistic. Poor system to work with.

    Advice to Management

    More improvements needed with systems and more empowerment needed to be given to employees to help customers resolve their situations that they are in.

    Great company culture, relaxed environment great people. Everyone works really hard and gets projects delivered collaboratively. Flexible working hours and location.
