- Was let go with zero warning nor complaint about my performance after only 8 months
- Lack of cohesive direction from management (their outbound sales department is young)
- Clunky tools and CRM took way too long to use
- Expect almost zero training - You better know a lot about the industry and OEM's/partners
- Don't seem to value individual team members whatsoever(in sales)
