Working on latest Technical Stack, and its encouraged to try out new Technologies with Focus on Cloud. Hybrid working from Office with meetups every Quarter.

- talented employees with an inclusive culture still in-tact - solid middle management who work towards success - great vacation and decent medical coverage / pricing

- the pay was near half what the next lowest paying company offered for the position - consistently worked 60+ hour work weeks - A majority of long-term talent laid off in lieu of cheaper foreign labor. New employees have little experience with environment and policies, slowing down production and increasing level of mistakes created

Great community of employees. People are wanting and willing to assist whenever needed.

The last few years have been difficult, but the current world economy has affected many companies similarly. Off-shoring of employees is troubling, but sometimes necessary to compete. Brighter days are ahead.

Sinking ship with a new CEO who only wants to cut costs. Not much vision for a positive future for a company leads. He paints a bleak picture of the economy and the future of Rackspace.

Rackspace is now on its seventh management reorganization since I joined in 2019. The ensuing chaos has caused my former comrades to shrink into their own bunkers; no one wants to show initiative or leadership, for fear of reprisal.
