    Pros

Continuum of learning, great team work, very helpful staff, clean and safe environment, keeps you busy, room for professional growth

    Cons

No financial growth to look forward too. There are a lot of homeless people who have made homes on the streets. So far most stay to themselves

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work of team collaboration. Great communication skills.

I worked at RadNet full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Other workers are in the trenches with you. There are great connections to be made.

    Cons

There are no raises across the board. Even though, Radnet still acquires businesses and has a great bottom line.

    Advice to Management

Anyone that knows their worth will move on. If you don't value your employees, they will simply move on. In the future, you will not be able to hold your value, employees will leave and you'll have nothing but the bottom of the barrel. Good luck post recession times; the only factor that makes you look good.

I worked at RadNet (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good Pay, Good bonuses during the holidays, and gifts, plenty of parking

    Cons

They need better training because every time you make a mistake your are scolded but not in a professional way but in an intimidating way like to make you feel stupid, some co-workers are not very friendly to new people and think they are better than you. The supervisor gives your dirty looks in the parking lot if your not on her favorites

    Advice to Management

Train your employees better, and treat them better as well.

I worked at RadNet as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are no pros other than the techs are all nice

    Cons

Techs are overworked leaving them with little or no time to train students. Manager delegates work to employees and students so that the center can function without her since she's hardly ever there.

    Advice to Management

As an externship site, students should be there to train in the field they are learning not to work as receptionist. Santa Clarita imaging is very poorly managed and lacks leadership. Not a good site for students
